To get things started, schedule a consultation with one of our experienced agents, who can help you determine the best housing market for your needs. We will schedule a Zoom meeting to get to know each other and figure out the best strategy
2. Private Showings
During the pandemic, open houses are replaced with scheduled showings. Your agent will schedule grand tours for the homes you’re interested in, allowing you to visit while maintaining social distancing. You can also check out virtual tours in advance
2b. Pre-approval
Because of the scheduled showing process, many listings only want pre-approved buyers to visit. Pre-approval helps listing agents know that you’re ready and serious about buying now
3. Offer and Negotiation
Once you’ve found your dream home, work with your agent to determine a fair, competitive offer for the property. Your agent will do all the heavy lifting to look up comparisons, and handle the negotiations throughout the entire process
4. Final Inspections
After your offer is accepted, you can have a licensed inspector review the property to check for issues that aren’t on the home’s disclosure. This will ensure that your new purchase will be worry-free once you move in. At the same time, your agent and lender will work together to complete your financing approval, so you can rest easy
5. Move In!
Congratulations! Your new home has passed inspections and you have the funds ready - we will do a final walkthrough, sign closing statements, and give you the keys to your new home! Our agents will work with you every step of the way to make the process as smooth as possible
